Booking policy

A 25% booking retainer reserves your date. Your date is not reserved until the booking retainer is received.
The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. Bookings made within 7 days of the event require full payment at booking.
The booking retainer is nonrefundable. You may transfer it once to another available date with at least 7 days’ notice. Reasonable weather rescheduling is available for outdoor events where weather makes the activity unsafe or impractical.

Travel

Pricing includes travel within our standard service area. Additional travel fees may apply outside the service area and will always be disclosed before booking.
