Large or high volume events may require different staffing or event pricing.

Event space appropriate for the activity
Shade or cover for outdoor stations, unless we agree otherwise

You book Duran Fun Lab for a defined service window. If your event runs longer, that does not automatically extend the booking. If the organizer requires vendors to stay through closing, book enough time to cover that period.

Common Questions

How do I reserve my date?

Choose Check Availability and send a short request. We confirm availability, then send a payment link for the 25% booking retainer. Your date is not reserved until the booking retainer is received.

When is the balance due?

The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. Bookings made within 7 days of the event require full payment at booking.

Does the price include travel?

Pricing includes travel within our standard service area. Additional travel fees may apply outside the service area and will always be disclosed before booking. See our service area.

What if it rains or I need to change my date?

The booking retainer is nonrefundable. You may transfer it once to another available date with at least 7 days’ notice. Reasonable weather rescheduling is available for outdoor events where weather makes the activity unsafe or impractical.
